Live-tested servers

Servers we opened a live session with: we read what they declare (tools, resources, prompts) and ran the checks that need no tool call where there was something to check and our policy allows it; the inventory and hidden-instruction checks ran on every one. This round was read-only, so no tool was called. Each server's page shows which of the 18 checks ran and why the others did not. All servers and topics.
